RedTeal designed and built a self-service Salesforce portal that allows both consumers and channel partners to electronically submit paperwork (applications, re-certifications, and customer support tickets). The portal included eSignature to eliminated the need for faxing. It also automated the workflow and approval process of the entire back-office. By eliminating the need to paper documents, RedTeal’s efforts improved efficiencies and accuracy, and saved countless trees.
